Privacy Policy - F Quiz
F Quiz (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Collected Data
We collect only the minimum data required for the app’s functionality:
- Email address (optional - for account creation/sign-in/reset).
- Firebase user ID (UID) and nickname (e.g., PlayerN).
- Gameplay data - scores, rank position.
- Advertising identifiers: IDFA (iOS) / AD_ID (Android).
- Usage and performance data: launch times, screen views, session length, crash reports.
- Ad preferences / consent status (personalized ads ON/OFF).
- Device and region information (approximate location, OS version, language).
No camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location data are collected.
2. Processing Purposes
- Account management and authentication.
- Gameplay functions (saving scores and showing the global leaderboard).
- Analytics to improve performance and stability.
- Advertising (personalized or non-personalized, depending on consent).
- Fraud and abuse prevention.
- Customer support responses.
3. Third Parties & SDKs
We use trusted third-party SDKs and cloud services:

All providers handle data under their respective privacy policies.
4. Advertising, Tracking & Consent (ATT / UMP)
On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt requests permission to access the IDFA. If denied, tracking is disabled.
On both platforms, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent for personalized ads.
Without consent, only non-personalized ads are shown.
You can change your ad preferences anytime via in-app settings or device privacy settings.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use local storage (AsyncStorage / SecureStore) only for:
login session, nickname, preferences, scores, ad consent status.
No server-side cookies or website tracking are used (Formula Quiz is a mobile app only).
6. Public Information (Leaderboard)
The global leaderboard displays only nickname (PlayerN) and score.
Emails or real names are never public.
Upload happens only after explicit consent (you can decline and still play).
Consent can be withdrawn anytime via Settings.
6A. Graphic Assets
F Quiz may use certain graphic assets such as PNG illustrations and design elements obtained from third-party sources, including the PNGTree website.
These assets are used solely for visual and design purposes within the application and do not collect, process, or transmit any user data.
All such assets are used in accordance with the licensing terms of their respective providers.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Account data - kept while account is active.
Guest records - retained for a limited period to operate the app.
Crash / analytics logs - kept as per Google defaults for stability and security.
Users can delete their account via “Account Deletion Request” email to careolimited@gmail.com.
Upon verified deletion: credentials, scores, and profile info are erased or anonymized.
8. User Rights
You may request:
- Access, correction, or erasure of your data.
- Withdrawal of consent for leaderboard or ads.
- Restriction or objection to processing where applicable (GDPR/UK GDPR).

9. Data Security
All network communication uses TLS/HTTPS encryption.
Sensitive tokens are stored in secure storage.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Anti-fraud checks prevent abuse and cheating.
10. Children’s Privacy
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If a child account is identified, it will be deleted promptly upon notification.
11. International Data Transfer
Data may be processed on Google’s servers in the UK, EEA, or other regions. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards where required by law.
