Privacy Policy - Spin&Go
Spin&Go (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information may be collected, why it may be collected, how it is used, and your rights.
1. Collected Data
Spin&Go does not require account creation and does not directly collect personal information such as:
- Email addresses
- Names
- Phone numbers
- Contacts
- Precise location
- Photos, camera, or microphone data
The app does not operate its own backend server and does not transmit user-created presets, results, or history data to any external database.
However, the app uses third-party services that may automatically collect limited technical information.
Advertising Identifiers & Device Data
We use Google AdMob to display interstitial advertisements.
AdMob may automatically collect:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS / AD_ID on Android)
- Device type and operating system
- Approximate location (country/region level)
- IP address (for fraud prevention and geo-detection)
- Ad interaction data
All such data is processed under Google’s own privacy policy.
2. Processing Purposes
Third-party services may process limited data for:
- Displaying advertisements
- Limiting ad frequency
- Measuring ad performance
- Fraud and abuse prevention
- Processing subscriptions
- Restoring purchases
We do not sell personal data.
We do not create user profiles.
We do not track users across our own services (we operate only this mobile app).
3. Advertising, Tracking & Consent (ATT / UMP)
On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework may request permission to access the advertising identifier (IDFA).
If permission is denied:
- Cross-app tracking is disabled
- Non-personalized ads may be shown
On both platforms, in regions where legally required (such as the European Economic Area), a consent form may be presented to allow users to choose whether to receive personalized advertisements.
Users can change advertising preferences at any time via device privacy settings.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Spin&Go offers optional subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime).
All payments are securely processed by:
- Apple (App Store)
- Google (Google Play Store)
We do not receive, store, or process credit card information.
Subscription status is verified through the respective store services and can be restored using the in-app “Restore Purchases” feature.
5. Local Storage (On-Device Data Only)
The app stores certain information locally on the user’s device only, including:
- Custom presets and lists
- Item ordering preferences
- Spin result history
- Advertising consent status
- Subscription access status
This data:
- Is stored only on the device
- Is not transmitted to our servers
- Can be reset using the in-app reset option
- Is removed when the app is deleted
6. Public Information
Spin&Go does not include public profiles, leaderboards, or shared content features.
No user data is made publicly visible.
6A. Graphic Assets
Spin&Go may use certain graphic assets such as PNG illustrations and design elements obtained from third-party sources, including the PNGTree website.
These assets are used solely for visual and design purposes within the application and do not collect, process, or transmit any user data.
All such assets are used in accordance with the licensing terms of their respective providers.
7. Data Retention
Local data remains on the device until reset or app deletion.
Advertising data retention is governed by Google’s policies.
Subscription records are managed by Apple or Google according to their store policies.
We do not maintain independent user databases.
8. User Rights
Depending on your region (including GDPR / UK GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Request information about data processing
- Withdraw advertising consent
- Restrict or object to processing where applicable
Since Spin&Go does not store personal accounts, most data controls can be managed through:
- Device privacy settings
- Advertising preferences
- App reset or deletion

9. Data Security
Secure HTTPS encryption is used for third-party communications.
We do not store payment data.

10. Children’s Privacy
Spin&Go is intended for users aged 13 and older.
The app is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If such data is identified, it will be handled according to applicable law.
11. International Data Transfer
Third-party providers (Google, Apple) may process data on servers located in various countries. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are applied.
